We’re not for everyone. And that’s kind of the point.

Let me tell you a little secret: I didn’t set out to start an agency. In fact, the whole idea of being “just another agency” kind of makes my skin crawl.

After 20+ years in ecom—launching private-label products, fixing busted funnels, building brands from scratch, and scaling them into 6-, 7-, and 8-figure machines—I started noticing a pattern. A lot of the brands I worked with weren’t failing because they had bad ideas. They were failing because they hired the wrong help.

They got stuck in bloated agency models. You know the type: lots of meetings, lots of dashboards, and somehow very little movement. You pay for a team, but you’re not even sure who’s actually working on your stuff. There’s a strategy deck with 46 slides but no one who’s built a working checkout page in a decade. It’s all polish, no punch.

That’s not how I work. And that’s not how I want the people I work with to operate either.

Enter: The Club.

Not an agency. Not a firm. A club.
